Welcome to our bespoke AI Room Dressing service – tailored for estate agents, property developers, and private home sellers looking to showcase their spaces with elevated style and impact.

Below you’ll find answers to common questions as well as key terms and conditions for using our service.

How does the AI room dressing service work?

  1. Purchase: Select and purchase your chosen AI room dressing package from our online store.

  2. Image Submission: You’ll be prompted to upload a high-quality image of the room(s) to be styled.

  3. Style Confirmation: Within 24 hours, we’ll contact you via email to confirm your preferred interior style. You may opt for a quick call or complete a short questionnaire.

  4. AI Styling Process: Using advanced AI, we generate a bespoke design tailored to your brief and property type.

  5. Preview & Approval: You will receive watermarked preview images for review.

  6. Final Delivery: Once approved, final high-resolution, unwatermarked images will be delivered via email.

What is the turnaround time?

Standard delivery is 2–3 business days after confirmation of your room image and style details.
Need it faster? We offer a 24-hour express service for an additional fee.

What does the service include?

  • One AI-generated, professionally styled image of your room

  • Interior style tailored to your selection (e.g., Scandinavian, Modern, Minimalist, etc.)

  • Final images optimized for use in listings, social media, and print marketing

  • One round of complimentary revisions (minor adjustments only)

Can I request changes after seeing the preview?

Yes. Each purchase includes one round of free minor revisions such as tweaks to layout, colour palette, or styling elements. Major changes or complete redesigns may incur an additional fee.

What file format will I receive?

You’ll receive your final image in high-resolution JPEG or PNG, suitable for online and print use. If you require a different format, let us know during confirmation.

Are the images watermarked?

You will receive a watermarked preview for review and approval. Final images are sent without watermarks upon your confirmation of satisfaction.

Can you dress empty or poorly furnished rooms?

Absolutely. Our AI can stage completely empty rooms or enhance dated, cluttered, or sparsely furnished interiors. The aim is to present the space’s full potential to prospective buyers.

Can I choose a specific design style?

Yes – our service is bespoke. You may choose from popular styles (e.g., Scandinavian, Minimalistic, Boho, Industrial) or describe a desired aesthetic. While we can't guarantee use of specific furniture brands, the design will align with your chosen look and feel.

Terms & Conditions

Image Use & Rights

  • Final images are delivered for commercial and personal use related to the sale or marketing of a property.

  • You may use them in property listings, social media, brochures, and digital presentations.

  • Reselling or redistribution of the images as standalone products (e.g., stock photos) is not permitted.

Service Scope

  • This is a virtual design service only. No physical furniture or installation is involved.

  • AI-generated designs are styling suggestions, not professional architectural or construction plans.

  • Accuracy of representation (e.g., scale, lighting) is based on the original image submitted.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure all uploaded photos are clear, well-lit, and taken from a natural angle.

  • By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the legal rights to use and modify the photo.

  • Timely response to style confirmation emails is required to ensure delivery timeframes.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After that point, work begins and is non-refundable.

  • If you are not satisfied after the revision round, we will work with you to find a resolution, but refunds will not be issued after the final image is delivered.

Data & Privacy

  • All client data and images are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of delivering your service.

  • We do not share, sell, or distribute your images or personal details with third parties.
